Role Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to own a portfolio of customers and drive renewal, expansion, and long-term customer value . This role is accountable for retention outcomes, expansion pipeline creation, and revenue growth , not just relationship management. The ideal candidate operates with strong commercial acumen, proactively identifies risk and opportunity, and partners cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes for both the customer and Automox.
