Job Description Summary: The vision of Enterprise Services is to deliver services that are simpler, better, and faster. The Director, Business Operations is a senior leader within the Enterprise Services (“ES”) Strategy & Operations team, accountable for delivering a defined portfolio, domain, or capability area and ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery of priority products and solutions. This role leads key initiatives and translating Enterprise Services strategy into actionable priorities and ensuring initiatives are delivered responsibly, adopted effectively, and scaled sustainably. The Director partners closely with Enterprise Services leaders, the Digital Organization, and functional stakeholders to align execution, resolve complex challenges, and deliver measurable outcomes.
