Methodist Hospital is looking to hire an Environmental Services Supervisor – to join our – team! The Environmental Service and Transport Supervisor provides supervision for the Methodist Hospital Environmental Service & Centralized Transport operations, consisting of approximately 170 employees providing 24x7 services. Responsible for the development of policies, procedures, standard work. Partner with IS&T for technical processes, employee health, safe patient handling, emergency preparedness, Hospital Nursing and Ancillary Leadership. Manage relationships and processes that support hospital equipment. Responsible for hiring, performance management, coaching, mentoring, training with competency of staff to ensure services are professional, accurate and timely. Monitor department stats and match staffing to meet the demand with fiscal responsibility.
