JOB PURPOSE: Reporting to the Group Consolidation Director, the role contributes with a high degree of autonomy to the preparation of the Prada Group’s consolidated financial statements in compliance with international accounting standards (IFRSs), as well as other types of financial reporting. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Monitors the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements, liaising both with the Group’s administrative departments to ensure high-quality data input and with other Finance (AFC) functions to guarantee the proper execution of processes; - Independently manages the assigned consolidation areas; - Independently prepares sections of the notes to the financial statements; - Analyzes the accounting impacts of extraordinary transactions (acquisitions, disposals, mergers, corporate reorganizations); - Applies and interprets IFRS pr...
