Why Campbell’s…: How you will make history here... The Manager, Operational Excellence, is accountable to implement Operational Excellence as a way of working within the plant. The implementation of Operational Excellence includes the Operating System, Management Infrastructure and Mindsets, Behaviors & Capabilities supported by Industry 4.0. Activities include leading cross functional OpEx teams, leading OpEx workstreams, driving daily issue resolution and performance improvements across all key metrics across the site scorecard.
