Job description

As General Manager – Linehaul, you will hold end‑to‑end accountability for the strategic, operational, safety and financial performance of Visy’s national linehaul operations. With a strong growth mindset, you will lead and develop a high‑performing, geographically dispersed team, embed a safety‑first culture, and drive operational excellence through standardisation, continuous improvement and disciplined execution. Reporting directly to the Country Manager – Australia, this role is critical to delivering Visy Logistics’ safety, service, and profitability objectives. You will play a key leadership role in the expansion and optimisation of the national linehaul network, leading growth across additional Australian states and supporting the scale‑up of capability, infrastructure and fleet.
