LIFE AS A SHIPPING/RECEIVING ASSOCIATE... Malin's Shipping & Receiving Clerks are an integral part of our parts operation. The successful person in this role will be an energetic self-starter with the ability to see when things need to be done and foresee any issues that may arise. Essential Functions: *Press tires for customers and stock. *If you like being the go-to guy and making your customers happy this is the position for you. - Ships and receive parts and materials - Maintains accurate stock records so inventories are current, accurate, properly labeled and located. - Processes all internal/external customer orders with accuracy and in a timely manner. - Performs all receiving requirements, including proper routing of associated paperwork. - Restocks all products accurately in a timely manner (weekly stock orders and daily transfers). - Pulls orders for both internal and external customers. - Maintains consumable stock and document usage. - Processes all internal rebuild part orders. - Occasional parts delivery to customers. - Operate the forklift safely. - Customer service for all walk-in customers.
