Position Summary The Senior Business Operations Associate is a key member of the operations team supporting data management, client reporting, trade processes, and problem resolution. This person will work closely with the Business Operations Manager and the operations team to ensure the integrity of the data systems. This position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, a positive professional attitude, and ability to work in a team environment. What will your job entail?: Job Responsibilities: Build relationships and partnerships with key business stakeholders, staying current on their needs, challenges and strategies. Gather, synthesize, and analyze complex data to recognize trends and extract insights across the business to support your own informed decisions or to assist other team members and leadership in making decisions. Develop and maintain expertise in relevant RT business processes and systems to define support requirements, design workflows, and provide guidance to shared service teams.
