We’re seeking a detail‑driven Mortgage Broker Support Specialist to support our RAC Finance Mortgage Br o king Service team by managing home loan enquiries, administration and loan processing from start to finish. This is an all‑rounder role where no two days are the same. You’ll balance lead management, loan administration, stakeholder coordination and customer communication , playing a critical role in delivering a seamless and compliant member experience. About the Role: As a Mortgage Broker Support Specialist , you’ll sit at the centre of our mortgage broking operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming leads, ensure applications progress smoothly, and support brokers with loan preparation, documentation and compliance. You’ll be trusted to manage multiple applications at once, juggle competing priorities, and proactively follow up to keep loans on track – all while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and service quality.
