Job Description Summary The Service Sales Commercial Support Specialist – Romania & Moldova supports the Service Sales organization by enabling efficient execution of their commercial activities across direct customers in Romania and the Channel Partners in the assigned geography. The role is responsible for commercial and marketing support, service contract lifecycle management support, service offers & tenders and process compliance. This position plays a critical role in driving Service Sales revenue growth, customer retention, and operational excellence in a diverse, multi country environment. Job Description: Key Responsibilities Support the Service Sales team/ Channel partners with administrative tasks, customer follow-ups, and promotional material preparation. Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing content and Install Base campaign materials. Organize logistics for customer events and training sessions. Coordinate Direct/ Channel partners service offers and contract creation in collaboration with Service Sales, Legal, Finance and Service Operations. Prepare service sales reports.
