Job DetailsJob Location: CPB Legal Address - Charlotte, NC 28217Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 Salary/yearJob Shift: DaySUMMARY The primary responsibilities of the Relief Specialist are to sell, rotate, restock, reset, merchandise, build displays, special events, and assist with covering both sales and merchandising routes when needed by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Formulate a plan to achieve distribution of all targeted brands. Maintain 100% distribution of all Plan-O-Gram items. Maintain inventory levels, proper ordering, and shelf space to eliminate out-of-stocks. Organize and set accounts with proper SKU management. When required merchandise deliveries and use on hand inventory to refill displays and shelves in accounts where applicable. Transmit customer orders and instructions utilizing the order system accurately and within daily times. Maintain competitive cooler space, tap space and menu space equal to or above your share of the market. Strive to have 1st position in the cooler door.
