About Us SBA Home North Carolina - The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. Today we are looking for an experienced Machine Operator who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working hours 2-10pm. $1.00 shift differential. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery - Set up manufacturing equipment - Use machine equipment to complete tasks - Evaluate the efficiency of each unit regularly, identifying improvements as needed - Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs and improvements. - Read caliper and metric systems - Ensure compliance with safety, quality and customer standards Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting or in a similar role.
