Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This individual will be instrumental in managing and executing our email marketing strategy across the customer lifecycle, from lead nurturing and conversion to customer engagement and retention. The primary focus of this role will be on communicating with our core audience of medical providers. This position will be hybrid (remote/in office) Reports to: Director Lifecycle Marketing: What You Will Own: The duties and responsibilities of the role. Email Strategy & Execution: Own the end-to-end development, execution, and optimization of all email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, nurture sequences, product updates, and triggered communications, primarily targeting medical and other specialty healthcare providers. Marketing Automation Management: Manage and optimize our marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) for segmentation, deployment, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
