Roles and Responsibilities - Technical process ownership for critical rotating components for aircraft engines - Specific focus on machining (milling, turning, grinding, assembly, etc). with additional attention on critical special processes (ie: Shot peen, Etching, Coatings, Nickel Plating, Broach, etc) - Direct responsibilities for dispositioning components against drawing and engineering quality requirements, assigning root causes and corrective actions - Manufacturing engineering tasks that do not require 4 year degree.
