We are seeking a Director of Shared Services to support our team at Tarkett Sports, the Director of Shared Services will design and build out the shared services in order to centralize payroll, tax operations, commissions, and future AP/AR across a multi-entity organization. This role builds a scalable shared services model, drives process standardization and governance, and partners with Business Transformation to align operations with enterprise systems and controls. This role follows a hybrid schedule based out of the Calhoun Office or Tualatin office in the United States and will be reporting to the VP Finance & PM Corporate Systems.
