Your Tasks: Lead the adoption and execution of Armacell’s People Strategy across the region Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability and team development Promote employee engagement and foster a respectful, collaborative work environment Ensure compliant HR operations in line with Polish labor law and relevant Eastern European regulations Manage core HR processes including recruitment, performance management, learning & development, and compensation & benefits Drive continuous improvement as the leader of the “people development” pillar within Armacell’s continuous impovement program Champion the use and further digitalization of HRIS (Workday) across the organization Maintain effective relations with employee representatives and trade unions and coordinate accurate payroll and benefits administration Your Profile: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,...
