Position Summary: To provide quality customer service and assistance to members, clients and customers coming into the facility through the various entry ways. Essential Functions: - Provide great customer service to the community; see that all customers, clients and members are given prompt and courteous service. - Maintain all Red Shield Center cash handling policies: appropriately accepting transactions, verifying daily deposits and maintenance of till bag. - Demonstrate strong communication skills, be out-going, and enjoy building relationships with a variety of members. - Complete sales transactions for all programs channeled through respective venue. - Provide tours and offer information to guests, emphasizing membership sales and offering full product availability to customers to best meet their needs. - Appropriately communicate information about all Red Shield Ce...
