Hours of Work: 40 Days Of Week: M-F Work Shift: 8X5 Day (United States of America) Job Description: Your Job: The primary purpose of the Nurse Navigator position is to provide continuity and coordination of patient care; conducts patient and professional education initiatives; holds a collaborative relationship with multidisciplinary teams, community resources and agencies. Your Job Requirements: - Graduate from an accredited school of nursing - Licensed in Texas as a Registered Nurse. - Current CPR certification - Specialty Oncology certification preferred Your Job Responsibilities: Methodist Richardson Medical Center is a 443-bed, full-service, acute care hospital that serves Richardson, Garland, Plano, and surrounding areas in Dallas and Collin counties.
