Change & Planning Lead Delivery Manager: Location – Dublin: Hybrid Permanent: About the Role: In Flutter COO we work with experts across Flutter to build, deploy and communicate the Flutter Edge. Together we cover Product & Payments, Technology, Sportsbook Product & Trading, People, Property, Corporate Communications and Strategic Partnerships & Transformation. Team APEX is a new capability passionate about improving the Product Development Lifecycle through AI enabled tools and ways of working. Spanning multiple value streams, the initiative introduces new technologies and delivery practices, with success heavily dependent on effective adoption across Technology, Product, Delivery and Leadership communities. The Change & Planning Lead for APEX is accountable for defining and delivering the change strategy that enables teams to successfully adopt new AI powered tools, processes, and ways of working. The role leads the people side of the transformation, ensuring change is planned, delivered, and embedded within a fast-moving, Agile environment.
