DIV MULTICULTURAL SPECIALIST

Job description

Act as liaison to the appropriate corporate and division departments providing feedback and direction pertaining to Multicultural Merchandising and/or operational plans. Identify local multicultural products and program opportunities. Work with division leadership to identify multicultural needs. Provide market-based insights to corporate and division departments. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. - Become a division expert regarding the local Multicultural competitive landscape, merchandising trends, pricing and assortment within the division and provide necessary feedback to division and corporate Merchandising - Ensure that division Kompass or Set Teams are following the corresponding Multicultural demographic store roadmap for targeted stores - Provide feedback using local insights on ad and display plans across all departments in targeted stores during development of corporate Merchandising Plan - Provide/review weekly or period progress with Corporate Sr. Category Manager, Multicultural; Request any G.O.
