Your mission We’re excited to present a strategic opportunity within our Legal team for the Benelux region. Curious what this role entails? Let’s take a look: - Lead all legal operations across the Benelux region, ensuring compliance with EU and local laws. - Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including complex cross-border agreements. - Advise on international trade matters such as export controls, import regulations, and sanctions. - Act as a strategic legal advisor to regional leadership, supporting business initiatives and mitigating risks. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to embed legal insights into decisions. - Monitor regulatory changes and proactively manage legal risk across jurisdictions.
