This is a temporary position. U pwards of 25% travel as required to conduct the work. Job Summary: The Flex Senior Manager, Product Operating Model Design partners with business units and product and technology leaders to help define target user experiences, map end-to-end journeys, and translate insights into the capabilities needed to enable effective agile team structures and drive successful product transformation outcomes. This role supports the design and operationalization of fit-for-purpose product operating models (ways of working, governance, decision rights, funding, talent/skills, and tooling) that accelerate value delivery, improve customer and associate experiences, and increase organizational agility. Reporting to the Flex Senior Director, Product Operating Model Design, the Senior Manager will work closely with business unit leaders and partners across product management, technology, design, data, and transformation to align strategy to execution and embed new ways of working across teams.
