Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for a Treasury Analyst III-Capital Markets to join our Financial Services team in Cypress, CA . The Treasury Analyst III will support funding growth for the company. They will assist with implementation and ongoing maintenance of multiple debt facilities and securitizations. They will also be responsible for Treasury’s external reporting requirements including securitization monthly servicer reports, bank/auditor requests, securitization compliance requirements and analyses for other structured finance initiatives. This role will partner with other groups within Yamaha Motor Finance including accounting, finance, wholesale & retail operations, risk, compliance, and legal. What you’ll be doing: Performs other duties as required. - Lead the preparation and oversight of monthly servicer reports for debt facilities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with Master Servicing Agreements (MSAs). Drive the reconciliation of cash flows and balances, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
