About the role: The Sales Manager leads a local team in developing and maintaining strong client, and community relationships, with a core focus on delivering outstanding outcomes for clients while achieving the office sales targets for the Ballarat / Western Victorian market. You will be responsible for ensuring the Ballarat site operates in an effective, professional, and commercially successful manner, while fostering a high-performance sales culture focused on service, results, and long-term client partnerships.
