Education: - High School Graduate or Equivalent Experience / Qualifications: - A minimum of 5 years extensive mechanical background or equivalent experience in a related field required. - Five years hospital or industrial experience or equivalent experience in a related field required. - Must be capable of handling general maintenance repairs, such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and any other mechanical repairs, as well as preventive maintenance functions.
