ABOUT THE ROLE: Your role is focused on providing leadership of the firm-wide Mental/Behavioral Health Market of CannonDesign over $10.0M in revenue per year. This includes being responsible for developing and leading high-performance diverse teams focused on the development and implementation of the Submarket Business Plan. You will contribute to the success of the firm including the areas of strategy and market intelligence, business development and strategic client positioning, client and team leadership, expertise and resource development including mentoring of our people. You will be accountable to integrate our range of design services, managing our processes and delivering solid financial performance for the submarket.
