Overview/ Job Responsibilities Sev1Tech is looking for a Senior Help Desk Specialist / Ashore/Afloat Installer for the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Ordnance Information System (OIS) to provide technical expertise on a mission-critical program whose purpose is to develop, modernize, enhance, operate, and maintain services for OIS mission critical systems. This role works with NAVSUP OIS Customer Fleet Support Center/OIS Retail Partial Connectivity and Alteration Install Team (AIT) as well as the Customer Support Center (CSC) to provide Tier II support to OIS end users across the fleet. This position is based onsite in Yorktown, VA, and will require travel (CONUS/OCONUS) for on-site installations and fleet support. Primary Responsibilities: The Senior Help Desk Specialist / Ashore/Afloat Installer primary responsibilities include: - Provide Tier II and potentially assist with Tier III support as well as provide on site assistance visits for the purposes of preventative maintenance and checkups on the Ordnance Information System CONUS/OCONUS. - Working directly with site personnel to resolve problems concerning the use of the OIS hardware, software, and applications (includin...
