Location: Boca Raton, Florida 33431 Compensation: $33.33 per hour Schedule: 3-4 days a week; 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM Start Date: Estimated 2–3 weeks from now About This Role: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Partner who is open to supporting in-home dialysis for a patient who currently receives dialysis in a clinic and will transition to receiving treatments at home. This role provides consistent, one-on-one support, not an agency rotation, allowing you to build rapport and become a trusted part of his weekly care routine. Training will be provided , including patient-specific dialysis processes, home setup guidance, and ongoing support from our clinical team to ensure you feel fully confident. This position is ideal for someone who values patient dignity, understands the unique challenges of dialysis, and wants to make a meaningful impact during a major care transition.
