We are looking for a Transaction Services Assistant to join our fast-paced and diverse Transaction Services team. This role specialises in supporting the Retail teams across Harrods with large and complex transactions while providing world-class customer service. About the Role: Our Transaction Services Assistants are responsible for providing expert advice and guidance over the phone, through emails and in-person to our Retail Teams to ensure the correct procedures are followed for transactions to be completed successfully. These tasks include but are not limited to deposits, general enquiries, refund/recharges, transaction searches and cost centre transfers. You will use your customer service skills to offer world class service to all internal stakeholders and external customers on a daily basis.
