Job Description The Senior Vice President, Debt Capital Markets will lead platform-level financing strategy and execution across Antares Capital, including BDCs and private funds. This individual will be responsible for optimizing Antares’ cost of capital, expanding funding sources, and managing relationships with banks, institutional investors, and rating agencies. This role sits at the center of Antares’ capital formation and funding strategy, partnering closely with Product, Treasury, Legal, Investor Relations, and senior leadership. In addition to execution, the role will play a key part in developing and executing a proactive marketing strategy to broaden and deepen relationships across financial institutions and funding partners. Responsibilities: - Lead execution of Antares corporate debt issuance across BDCs and private funds, including unsecured notes, secured credit facilities, CLOs/ABS, subscription lines, NAV facilities, and other structured financing solutions. - Structure and price transactions across secured and unsecured markets, managing the full process from mandate through closing. - Manage relationships and processes with investment banks, institutional investor...
