Job Description The Community Assistant is at the forefront of the community and responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to current residents to help maximize occupancy year over year. This role will assist in planning and participating in the execution of resident community events, maintain positive resident relations within the community and assist with daily operations within the community. You must be able to communicate and manage your time effectively. Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager Direct Reports: None: Duties/Responsibilities: The duties listed below are an outline of the Community Assistant’s duties/responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list. As the needs of the community change, these duties may be modified as needed.
