This position provides direct and indirect occupational therapy services including assessment, intervention, program planning and implementation, discharge planning, related documentation and communication. Service delivery may include direct, monitored and consultative approaches. OTR practitioners advance along a continuum from entry to advanced level based on experience, education and practice skills. The OTR has the ultimate responsibility for service provision.
