Academies of Math and Science: Head of Operations (Joint Campus Role – Mesa & AMS Power) Location: Mesa, AZ (Supporting AMS Mesa & AMS Power Campuses) Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 annually (DOE) Position Overview: Academies of Math and Science (AMS) is a high-performing K–8 public charter school network serving Title I communities across Arizona. With more than 20 years of success in education, AMS is committed to operational excellence, equity, and delivering high-quality educational experiences for all scholars. The Head of Operations serves as the senior operational leader across two campuses: AMS Mesa and AMS Power , supporting both sites in achieving operational excellence and readiness. This role reports to campus leadership and partners closely with network teams to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency across all non-instructional functions.
