BUILDING MAINTENANCE – Goggleworks Apartments/Reading Mall/Farmers Market Employees at this level are expected to perform minor repairs and improvements in a variety of trades under the direction of the Regional Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager, or Store Manager. Works in conjunction with Prism Asset Management personnel to insure proper operation of the facility. Duties: The following list of typical duties performed by individuals in this position. Specific duties performed by an incumbent will vary depending upon the employee’s skillset and ability to learn. Qualifications: A high school diploma and at least one year of general building repair and maintenance.
