As a Fleet Transition Engineer , you’ll play a key role in managing aircraft deliveries, redeliveries, and lease transitions , ensuring every aircraft meets the highest technical, regulatory, and contractual standards. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, maintenance, and asset management , collaborating with lessors, MROs, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient aircraft transitions. 👉 This role is designed for CAMO Engineers with around 2–3 years of airline experience , looking to step into fleet transitions and expand their exposure to aircraft lifecycle management.
