Maintenance Tech Lead (Graveyard)- Full Time, Facilities/Engineering (Harrah's SoCal)

Job description

This role maintains and repairs heating, cooling, electrical, television, plumbing and telephone systems and assists with emergency situations as needed. Must have a minimum of five to ten years of experience in at least three of the following areas: heating, cooling, electrical, television, plumbing or telephone service. Must obtain a State or Federal license or certification in respective areas or responsibility. - Performs preventive maintenance and repair duties on all building mechanical systems, equipment, and tools. - Operates and repairs energy management equipment. - Operates life safety systems, maintenance and repair in public areas and guest rooms. - Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to departmental and company policies. - Must possess a high school diploma or GED. - Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. - Must be able to work in extreme temperatures. - Must have a positive attitude. - Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team. - Must present a well-groomed appearance.
