JOB SUMMARY: DENSO is looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner at our Maryville TN manufacturing facility. This individual will support the business or functional unit along with supporting various disciplines of human resources in the fields of compensation, benefits, training and development, talent review/succession planning, resource planning, and associate relations. They will focus on customer service and solutions related to human resources activities. **This position is 100% on-site at the DENSO Maryville, TN manufacturing facility** JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides HR assistance to assigned business unit(s) or function unit(s) to ensure customer requests and needs are met in a timely basis. Typically supports those associate relations that are considered moderate to high risk. Improves business or function unit performance by serving as main point of contact, partnering with management and associates to identify and clarify problems, evaluating and recommending potential solutions, implementing selected solutions and mentoring managers and associates.
