Scope: Effectively lead the golf operations and outside services teams to provide and promote an exceptional golf experience. Primary Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for the selection, development, leadership and retention of talented staff in the golf operations and outside services departments. Ensure compliance with the national programs such as Players Club and other initiatives. Ensure financial targets are being met and appropriate accounting procedures are being followed consistently. Ensure proper controls are in place and being followed to accurately track revenues such as green fees, golf carts, lockers and handicap fees.
