Job description

The role is responsible for assessing eligibility and managing and organising data of loan submissions while maintaining good relationships with broker network originators. Roles and responsibilities: Assessment of Loan Submissions. - Manage and organise loan submission data in accordance with company privacy and data security policies - Conduct assessment of loans by analysing loan application data in accordance with Metro Policies; - Suggest improvements to processes and policies related to data analysis and credit assessments where possible - Assessment is within the analyst’s own delegation or recommended up when outside to higher delegation holder. All applications will be processed via the Metro Broker Portal. Communication with brokers on scenarios/decisioning: Enquiries from other departments as required. - Scenarios include potential deal submissions where the sales representative is not available - Decisions include requests for further information/clarification and declining a deal due to incompatibility with Metro Criteria. - Includes settlements requests for asset pricing or marking off of approval conditions - Sales requests for deal escalations (urgent assessment) an...
