Freelance CompEx Consultant (Project Assignment) CSMART is looking for a highly specialized CompEx-certified Consultant (freelance) for a temporary project-based assignment requiring expertise that is currently not available in-house. In this assignment, you will combine hands-on technical expertise with strong instructional skills to independently deliver CompEx training and assessments for cruise ship officers working in hazardous areas. Your assignment: Deliver a defined number of CompEx training courses based on business needs and your availability; - Conduct participant assessments and certifications in line with CompEx standards; - Deliver specialized training modules using your technical expertise; - Transfer knowledge to enable future in-house delivery of the training; - Ensure the quality of training delivered within the scope of the assignment and in line with industry standards.
