Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Commercial Lines Account Processor works to maintain a high level of customer service while assisting Account Manager(s) in servicing and retaining new and established accounts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: - Establishes, maintains a professional, positive, and team-oriented relationship with colleagues across the company. - Adheres to company policies and procedures for workflow and documentation. - Maintains a professional connection between the Account Manager(s) and within the agency. - Pulls declaration pages to process all workloads, compare and make detailed notes in policy downloads. - Review and process renewal and new business downloads using personnel and procedures in place for support. - Reviews policy change downloads and confirms policy changes have been completed as requested to the carrier. - Maintain and work the download suspense list daily. - Communicate with the Account Manager(s) regarding policies or any concerns on the account. - Responds to daily telephone calls and/or emails regarding policies. - Keep records of activity documenting file withi...
