AI Operating Model Integrator - Transformation

Job description

The AI Operating Model Integrator understands how AI changes the underlying “machinery” of the business. This role looks at SCOR as a system — data, decisions, workflows, and controls — and redesigns it for an AI-driven world. The individual uses technical knowledge to challenge existing ways of working and propose new operating patterns where humans and AI interact differently to create value. Analyse SCOR’s end to end processes as systems and identify where AI changes how information should flow and how decisions can be made. Redesign workflows to take advantage of new AI capabilities — not just to automate tasks, but to restructure how work gets done. Identify places where AI shifts bottlenecks, reduces latency, improves prediction, or changes the balance between human judgment and machine assistance. Translate technical constraints (data availability, model behaviour, failure modes) into business ready operating designs. Prototype new “AI-native” patterns of work and test them with business stakeholders.
