Hume Riverina Community Legal Service (HRCLS) is a service of Upper Murray Family Care (UMFC) – a proudly independent, community-managed organisation, dedicated to strengthening families and individuals across North East Victoria and the Southern Riverina of NSW and an organisation committed to social justice, inclusion and trauma-informed care. HRCLS is a generalist, place-based, cross-border community legal centre providing free legal assistance in civil and family law to those who are most in need: people experiencing barriers to accessing justice who have intersecting legal and non-legal problems.
