Inside the Role As the Operations Compliance & Training Specialist, you are the dedicated subject matter expert responsible for the integrity of our business processes across all operations including the two critical hubs: our third-party vendor in Canada and our internal Service Center in Mexico. Reporting directly to the US headquarters, you will act as a one-person "strategic bridge." You will use your Master’s degree and advanced data reporting skills to monitor performance, ensure regulatory adherence, and manage the seamless transition of workflows across borders. This role is perfect for a process-oriented professional who thrives on autonomy and possesses a deep "under-the-hood" understanding of how business operations run.
