The Role The Head of Corporate (WA) is a senior leadership position responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of the Corporate segment within Western Australia. Reporting to Corporate Risk (P&C) Leader Pacific, this role acts as the primary architect of growth in the state, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring the delivery of world-class broking and advisory services to a sophisticated client base. Business Leadership & Strategy: - State P&L Ownership: Own and lead the Corporate P&L for Western Australia, including revenue growth, margin discipline, and cost management. - Regional Execution: Develop and execute a state strategy aligned to national Corporate priorities, with a particular focus on client service excellence and people development. - Strategic Translation: Translate national strategy into practical local execution, avoiding unnecessary complexity while driving measurable outcomes. - Performance Reporting: Lead and present regional performance updates as required.
