Vice President, POM Product Management

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: - Set a clear product vision and communicate it effectively - Own end-to-end delivery on pod outcomes, including software delivery and operating models, where applicable - Translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for your team; maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team - Facilitate release planning with stakeholders - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product vision aligns within platform strategy and requirements - Accountable for product specific business outcomes once solution enters production, and communicating with stakeholders - Support messaging, communication and client outreach as necessary - Monitor the risk and regulatory environment and partner with senior management to consider changes to deliverables as needed To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: - Expertise - Experience as a product owner and with agile ways of working, including sprint planning and backlog prioritization - Experience articulating a roadmap - Institutional banking expertise, ideally in the Custody business with domain knowledge in Corporate Actions and Income - Experience with lead...
