We’re looking for Registered Nurses with this background to join our Virtual Health team and support Australians nationwide access the care they need, when they need it the most through the Healthdirect Helpline. About the Role: As a Virtual Health Clinician, you will provide telephone‑based clinical assessment and health advice across a broad range of presentations, including acute and sub‑acute concerns, information‑seeking calls, mental health presentations, and both adult and paediatric callers, with assessment guiding advice, escalation, or referral as appropriate.
