This role focuses on system stability, issue resolution, and process optimization by working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) on configuration, integration, and workflow improvements. The technician will assist with testing, training, and documentation to ensure smooth operations and successful enhancements. Work Location: This is an on-site role in Country Club Hills, IL.
