Our subscription business is scaling rapidly, supported by a modern commercial engine and collaborative product, data, and editorial teams.: DN Media Group is transforming how we build long-term relationships with our subscribers across brands and markets. As we develop our subscription business, the customer lifecycle and experience have become one of our most important commercial levers, from the first moment of onboarding to long-term loyalty and value growth. To accelerate this journey, we are establishing a strengthened Customer Value Optimization (CVO) function at the heart of our subscription strategy. As manager of the CVO team, you will shape the way subscriber interactions are transformed into cohesive, personalized experiences that drive retention, reduce churn, and increase product usage.
