About the role: Our team is growing, and we are currently seeking a motivated individual to join us in the position of Kitchen In-Charge Food Service Assistant at The Northern Hospital (Epping) on a Part Time basis, Monday to Friday 6:30am – 2:30pm. Key Responsibilities: - Overseeing breakfast and lunch meal service operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery to patients - Supervising and supporting catering staff across all kitchen stations during the early shift - Ensuring patient trays are assembled correctly in accordance with dietary requirements, allergies, and texture modifications - Coordinating trolley collection, delivery, and dishwashing operations - Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards in line with HACCP guidelines and Food Safety Legislation - Liaising with ward staff and nursing teams regarding meal requests and dietary queries - Assisting with stock availability, tray setup, and operational workflow across the kitchen - Conducting shift...
